What the course looks like
You will learn Primordial Sound Meditation over four days. The first three sessions take place over two or three consecutive days and the fourth one will be given one week after session 3. The follow up session will be agreed upon but should take place within a month or two of learning the technique.

Session 1
Introduction to meditation. Overview of meditation in general and Primordial Sound Meditation in particular.
Duration: 1 – 1,5 hours

Session 2
Instruction procedure. Prepare to receive your personalized mantra.
Duration: 45 minutes

Session 3
Perfecting the practice. You’ll get all the tips and suggestions to establish a regular meditation practice.
Duration: 1 – 1,5 hours
Session 4
Higher States of Consciousness. We dive deep into the different states of consciousness that you may begin to glimpse the more you practice.
Duration: 1 – 1,5 hours

Follow-up
A session for us to meditate together and for you to share all your experiences and ask the questions you may have regarding the practice.
Duration: 45 minutes

Once you have learned Primordial Sound Meditation with me, you'll receive a lifetime of ongoing support. You are welcome to book a complimentary follow session anytime. Just email me to sign up for a free refresher.

The lessons take place online via Zoom. If geography is on our side, we could also set things up to have the lessons in person. I am based in Malmö (Sweden), that's why all prices are stated in SEK.

Primordial Sound Meditation for Children and Their Adults

A wonderful gift for your family. Learn to meditate together and explore deeper levels of connection and communication. The course will be adapted to the needs and the age of the children, but 4 sessions will be given, what varies is the length and the content of each.​

Primordial Sound Meditation for Children and Teenagers
Learn to meditate with your personalized mantra so you can settle down, relax, and just be. Without pressure or demands. Kids will be given their own personal mantra and a 4-session course as described above. The length of the course will be adapted to their specific needs and age.

Primordial Sound Meditation for Work Teams
Is your team in need of deep rest and relaxation?
